Our Responsibility
Christ-Centred Formation
•
Grounding all teaching in Christian values
•
Seeing Jesus in every child so they can see Him in us
•
Cultivating emotional safety in the classroom
•
Building relationships, not just delivering curriculum
•
Offering unconditional love
•
Practising positive discipline: If Jesus would not accept it, neither
do we
•
Exercising God-given authority to build up, not break down
•
Partnering with learners through values, respect, and Christlike
behaviour
We believe it is our God-given responsibility to develop every child
holistically—physically, emotionally, spiritually, and intellectually.
HOW CAN WE ACHIEVE
THIS?
Our teachers are guided by the Holy Spirit to draw out what God has already placed in
each child, helping them reach their full potential in Christ. We trust the Holy Spirit to re-
veal Christ through our example, establish Him as every person’s origin and hope, and
raise individuals with a Christ perspective to establish God's Kingdom.
As teachers, we are accountable for the education provided and must ensure that Christ-
centred education is not only promoted but actively practised.

Who am I?
"God loves me and has a story and a dream for my life." We create belonging rooted in God’s love and purpose.
How do I know?
By discovering God’s truth, learners are led into a personal relationship with Him.
Where am I going?
Our destiny is the Kingdom of God. Every child is called to a godly purpose that impacts the world around them.
What is my responsibility?
Learners are called to honour God, others, and creation with compassion and stewardship.
On what basis do I make decisions?
Because God loves me, I align my decisions with His will, principles, and laws. God is part of every area of life.
KINGDOM IDENTITY
& PURPOSE
We educate beyond academics — instilling identity, belonging, and
purpose in every learner
